At Distinguished Beard Co., we stand by our products, and your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we'll make it right, or we'll give you your money back.


30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You have 30 days from receiving your item(s) to request a return or refund. We want every customer to love their beard care products — no questions asked.


To Start a Return or Request a Refund:

Please email us at Info@distinguishedbeard.com with your order number and the reason for your return or dissatisfaction. We'll then take it from there.


Return Guidelines:

  • In most cases, we don't require unopened or unused products to be returned, especially if you're unhappy with the results—just let us know.
  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will absolutely replace it or refund you.
  • If a physical return is necessary, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions.

Refunds
